Sandra Crummer
Sandra is the Director and owner of Marlun Finance. Her background includes over 20 years in Client Services and management including experience as an Accredited Mortgage Broker. Sandra is a credit representative (441165) of BLSSA Pty Ltd ABN 69 117 651 760 (ACL 391237)
Sandra’s qualifications include a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management and a Bachelor of Education.
As a Business Owner, Sandra appreciates the importance of listening to her clients and assisting them to realise their finance goals and make them a reality. Sandra focuses on providing a quality professional service to her clients and is always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure their success.
Sandra prides herself on building long-term relationships and receives most of her referrals through word of mouth. Lucas Crummer
Lucas commenced working for Marlun Finance as a Mortgage Broker Assistant in June 2022 after graduating Year 12 with an ATAR of 87.85. He started a Bachelor of Engineering degree at Griffith University in early 2022, but decided this was not the career path he wanted to pursue.
When presented with an opportunity to work with Sandra (his Mum) and study for the Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Lucas did not hesitate in joining the Marlun Finance team.
Lucas began his working life with Coles Supermarkets at the age of 15. He gained invaluable experience dealing with the general public providing an exceptional level of customer service, having received multiple staff awards and recognition for his contribution to the business.
Lucas is passionate about helping people and has a friendly, can-do attitude. He is looking forward to graduating with his Diploma so he is able to directly assist clients to achieve their goals of home ownership.
During the three (3) years he worked for Coles, Lucas saved enough of his earnings to purchase his first motor vehicle, a 2018 Peugeot 2008. Lucas is now well on the way to having a substantial deposit to buy his first home which is a goal he hopes to achieve by the age of 21.
In his free time, Lucas is obsessed with playing tennis. He is also focussed on maintaining a healthy lifestyle through good nutrition and regular exercise.
